The Cosmic Shimmer Super Matt Varnish is a clear water based varnish that creates a robust protective matt coating on all your crafts and mixed media projects. This varnish can be used with either a brush, sponge, or a roller to apply onto your crafts.

For best use, apply one coat and allow to dry, if necessary apply a second coat. This varnish takes 30 to 60 minutes to completely dry. This varnish is perfect for use with other products within Andy Skinner's range.
