Paint Bubble is a background stencil designed by Nellie Snellen as part of the Scandinavian Christmas Collection. It features a detailed texture of paint drops on water, similar to alcohol ink effects, for adding backgrounds to card fronts and scrapbook pages up to 6 x 6 inches in size. Accurately add texture with the co-ordinating 3D embossing folder, also from Nellie Snellen.
