All customs duties paid on European delivery

We are pleased to offer an improved service to our EU customers. The price you pay at the checkout includes your own country's tax rate, negating the need to pay duty on your order's arrival into your country. This allows us to offer you a faster service to get you crafting even sooner!

International delivery

We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. We’re adding more countries to our shipping destinations all of the time so watch out, if we’re not shipping to you currently, we will be soon.

Please note that since we're based in the UK, some of our prices are stated in British pounds and include VAT (sales tax) at the current UK rate. EU customers will have the tax updated to the rate of their country once country is entered at the checkout. you may some some pricing changes at this time.

Due to Brexit some orders may take longer to clear through customs. Some countries are also applying additional levies on packages which is out of our control and the charges applied is determined by each country. We are working hard to alleviate these issues for our customers.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on where you live, the option you choose, and in some cases the weight of your order. The postage (shipping) options and costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page once you've entered your address.
