Where do I enter a discount code?
We sometimes have promotions that require you enter a discount code. These discount codes need to be entered on the Shopping Cart page and then click the "Apply Coupon" button for the discount code to be applied. For your reference we have included a Youtube video of where to enter any discount codes below. Please note: discount codes are only applicable when entered and applied on the shopping cart page of our website.
I've got questions about postage (shipping) or returns. Where can I find the answers?
Who can I contact if there’s a problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We aim to respond to all email queries within one working day. If you would prefer to call us you can reach us between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday on 0161 327 0035 and we’ll be happy to help.
How can I place an order?
It’s best to place your order with us online because our computer systems are operating 24 hours a day, and this means you’ll get your order much quicker!
We can also take orders over the phone from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday — just call 0161 327 0035.
Do you accept PayPal?
Of course! Just choose the PayPal option in the checkout.
However we unfortunately cannot accept PayPal eCheck payments. eCheck payments happen when you don't have sufficient funds in your PayPal account to cover the cost of a purchase, and you don't have a credit card linked to your PayPal account; so PayPal instead requests the money from your linked bank account, and it can take up to a week for this money to clear into your PayPal account before the payment can be sent to us. We're unable to accept eChecks because we can no longer guarantee the items in your order will be in stock in a week's time.
I would like to order an item that's marked as 'Pre-Order', can I add in-stock items too?
Of course! We will despatch your entire order once the pre-ordered items arrive in stock. NEW: As a bonus, for orders shipping to UK addresses we will despatch in-stock items as soon as we get your order, and the pre-ordered items will follow as soon as they arrive in our warehouse — you'll only pay once for postage, we'll foot the additional cost.
