Step by step

1. Stamp circles of different sizes and colours onto a 10x19cm piece of white cardstock ensuring that the circles and colours overlap.
2. Ensure the stamped circles are dry (use a heat tool if necessary) then stamp and heat-embossing the sentiment on the panel as shown.
3. Layer the stamped piece onto pink cardstock and affix it onto the card front. Add sequins as shown to finish.
