CraftStash Giveaway - Terms & Conditions 

1. Entry is open to legal UK residents only who are 18+ at time of entry, excluding anyone professionally associated with the promoter. Each participant may enter the giveaway once. 

2. One winner will win one Cricut Explore 3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

3. The prize draw starts at 12.01am GMT on Thursday, 13 April 2023, and closes at 11.59pm GMT on Sunday 30 April 2023. Entries recorded after this time will be included in the draw for the following month’s giveaway, if the promoter hosts another giveaway the following month.

4. Entry must be made by signing up for Creative Fabrica’s All Access Free Trial Deal and by following CraftStash either on Instagram or Facebook. You must complete both two steps for your entry to be valid.

5. The All Access Free Trial can be canceled at any time after signing up. 

6. The winners will be drawn at random and contacted directly by Creative Fabrica via email on Monday 1 May 2023. They will have one month to respond, after which time a redraw will take place. Winners will provide their mailing address to receive their prize. The prize will be shipped to the winner by the promoter, all costs are covered by the promoter. Promoters will not ship any prize to any address outside the UK.

7. Winners are eligible to win a Cricut Explore 3. The color of the product may vary from the color in the promotional materials. 

8. In the unlikely event that the prize becomes unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

9. The promoter’s decision on all matters is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. In the event that the promoter identifies fraudulent entries, the promoter may in their sole discretion disqualify the entries.

11. By taking part in this competition you agree to be bound by the competition terms and conditions.

12. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and / or winner at its discretion and without any notice in accordance with these terms and conditions.
