A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure to do a CraftWorld LIVE Q&A, and lots of you asked some great questions about Cricut, her crafting background and more! You can watch it here.

Cricut is a brand of computer-controlled cutting machines, designed for home crafters. You can use these machines for cutting paper, felt, vinyl, fabric as well as leather, matboard, and even wood.

From the beginning, Cricut's dream has been to help people lead creative lives by providing tools to make their DIY projects beautiful, fun, and easy. They now have a great variety of machines and accessories perfect for any craft!

Unsure of what's the right machine for you?

There isn't a beginner machine, it will depend on what you want to make and what tools you want to use. There are 3 options:

Joy - smallest, cutest and the easiest portable machine of all the Cricut range. Best for quick cards, vinyl and non-vinyl cards. This could be great for beginners, but all machines share the same software, so you can use all the benefits from Cricut.

Explore - great for papercrafting and vinyl projects. It's like a bigger version of the Joy machine.

Maker - perfect for papercrafts because it has additional tools that you can add on, such us perforation wheel, scoring wheel, embossing, engraving, etc. This machine can also cut any fabric as well as anything up to 2.4mm thick.

In addition, you can have a play with the software before you buy the machine. Just download it, use it, and check if it's for you - we are sure you will love it! Get more information here.
