Frida Kahlo is a renowned artist known for her bold and vibrant paintings that beautifully depict Mexican culture. Born in Mexico City in 1907, Frida was not only an artist but also a strong feminist and political activist.

Her work is characterised by its use of bright colours and surreal imagery, often drawing inspiration from the traditional folk art of her native country. Through her paintings, Frida explored themes such as identity, love, pain and death, while also incorporating elements of Mexican mythology and symbolism.

We have bought the themes of Frida's art to cardmaking with this brilliant new collection!
