Sasha Reade is back yet with another fantastic Live demonstration!  Come and craftalong with her die-cutting, making some triple layered cards and more!

If you are feeling stuck for ideas on how to pass the time or simply looking for easy papercraft projects to try, come and join us with a NEW GUEST every Wednesday on our Craftalong series.

Triple Layered Cards

If you are looking for a simple, yet, unique card ideas, Sasha’s you covered! Learn how this ingenious technique involves stamping or die-cutting images over three different layers of cardstock and then matting out those images.

While this papercraft trend looks challenging, once you know the measurements is a very easy technique, but it’s much better to learn it through Sasha’s hands-on Live demonstration. Then, you’ll be hooked on making these cards more often!

Get crafty with CraftWorld and its series of craftalongs every Wednesday! We started with our lovely Sam Calcott from Made To Surprise, then Christina Griffiths from Card Making, Lou Collins from TEXT{ures}, Helen Griffin from Simply Made Crafts, Clare Rowlands from Daisy Mae Design, Katie Skilton and Lisa Horton. If you missed them, don’t worry! You can catch up HERE.

MEET SASHA READE

Our talented artist is a chatty Canadian from Edmonton, Alberta. She moved to the UK in 2008 when she married her husband who is from Manchester. She also has 2 children, Rosalie (6 years) and Elias (5 years) and a cat called Lenny.

Sasha has been creative her whole life.  As a child, she used to ask for craft kits for birthdays and Christmas, and hoard stickers like they were gold. In fact, she still has some of those precious stickers that she could never come to use!

She started out in the cardmaking world with Stampin’ Up. She got most of her initial supplies from them and used them to run card classes. Towards the end of her time with them, she started up her Youtube channel. Then, she discovered how fun is teaching people all across the world from the comfort of her home! Having lovely subscribers who leave her comments make all the hard work so worth it, it is pretty much a dream job – she said.
