ABOUT THIS MONTH'S DESIGNER

Sarah Gray began her crafting journey nearly 20 years ago, starting with scrapbooking family memories. Soon her love affair with stamps and stencils began and Sarah’s talents came to the fore, joining several design teams, then winning our Cardmaker of the Year competition in 2017. Since then, Sarah has let her creativity lead the way, creating a full-time business, Funky Fossil Designs six years ago and allowing herself the freedom to design stencils and stamps in her distinctive clean and simple mixed-media style.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE MARCH BOX

This Papercraft Society kit is designed in partnership with Sarah Gray from Funky Fossil. Mid-century modern was the motivation behind Sarah’s designs for this kit. As a big fan of quirky geometry and strong colours, very much a feature of this style, Sarah had a lot of fun translating it into papers, stamps, dies, stencils and a couple of fabulous sentiment sticker sheets. Imagine the number of projects you can make with these quirky designs and images!
