The glitter paints have no colour to the binder and are perfect when used to sit on top of other colours. The paint can be applied with a brush, sponge or roller and is designed to stick to fabric very well when used neatly or when diluted with lots of water. These shimmer paints provide a mica based medium for use on any fabric to create a perfect design.
