Sakura Moonlight pens are a water-based, archival quality Gel ink Pen with a that can be used to write, draw and colour on almost any type of card or paper of any colour.  The ink has a fluorescent tone, and will glow under ultra-violet light.  They are perfect for journaling, card making, scrapbooking and many other papercraft projects.

Please note, the fluorescent colour may fade through prolonged exposure to very bright light.
