The Cantilever Sewing Box XL Scoreboard Die is designed by Eileen Hull for Sizzix and cuts all the components needed to build a fold out sewing storage box.

With innovative steel rule die and scoring construction, Sizzix Scoreboards will cut materials up to 1/16 of an inch meaning you can use it to cut mat board and chipboard, making your boxes and books sturdier than ever. For best results, material of a thickness between 0.040 and 0.055 inches is recommended for use with this die.

The die's built in scoring lines allow you to simply fold each element into place, significantly reducing assembly time. Once complete, this compact box will keep all your sewing or craft essentials safe and sound, and takes just one pull to open and expand so you can see everything you might need at a glance.

Note: This die requires extended cutting plates. Extra strong bond double sided tape or glue is required for assembly. The die is compatible with most leading die cutting machines, excluding Gemini machines.
