So Beautifully Organised is a subscription-based stationery box that is a little bit of luxury delivered direct to your door every month. Every box from So Beautifully Organised is packed with exclusively designed stationery treats, with a new theme every month.

How do I subscribe?

Subscribing to So Beautifully Organised is quick and easy. Simply subscribe only at https://www.craftstash.co.uk/sobeautifully. Please note we are unable to accept orders over the phone as our subscription system does not allow us to add orders manually.

How do I pay?

When you join So Beautifully Organised you will need to pay by credit or debit card and choose from 1 or 3 month subscription packages.

When will payment be taken?

Payment is taken immediately when you subscribe. Your subscription will auto-renew every 1 or 3 months depending on the subscription package you have chosen. Your original payment method will be charged at these regular intervals with payment taken on the 1st of the month.

Please note, boxes are not shipped when payment is taken, ALL boxes are shipped at the same time approximately 2 weeks after payment is taken so all subscribers receive them together. 

Do you accept PayPal?

Our subscription system does not currently allow PayPal to be used. However we hope to be able to offer this in the next couple of months making subscribing to So Beautifully Organised even more convenient.

When will I receive my So Beautifully Organised box?

You should receive your box towards the middle of each month. Everyone's monthly box kit is shipped at the same time so you can enjoy the contents of the kit together.

Can I pause my So Beautifully Organised subscription?

Yes you can! If you want to stay subscribed but want to pause your subscription you can. Please note pausing a subscription means you will pause your next payment. If you have paid for a 3-month subscription pausing your subscription will occur at the end of your current payment term.

If you have a monthly subscription it is possible to skip the next box from being shipped to you as long as you pause your subscription before your next payment is taken. You can pause your monthly subscription twice a year. Please note that you can’t skip the next box being shipped if you have already paid for it. Therefore if you have a 3-month subscription you will receive all the boxes you have paid for.

To skip a renewal date log into your account and click on the ‘Manage’ link in the My subscription box. You will then be taken to a screen where you can select ‘Pause my subscription‘.

How do I cancel my subscription to So Beautifully Organised?

You may cancel at any time, however we will send you any future boxes you have already paid for. Cancelling you subscription will cancel your payment for any subsequent boxes thereafter.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Mainland USA and Australia.

How is my So Beautifully Organised box delivered?

If you live in the UK your box will arrive 2-3 days after it is shipped via the Royal Mail postal service. Please note the size of the box should fit through standard letterboxes, but you may need to arrange for your box to be left with a neighbour or be collected from your nearest post office or depot if your post box is smaller than standard sizes. Please allow more time for overseas deliveries to be made.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to UK addresses and £5 per box to Europe, Mainland USA and Australia.

How do I change my address?

To change your shipping address simply log into your account by clicking here and click on the ‘Manage’ link in the ‘My subscriptions’ box. You should see your current shipping address displayed on screen and an edit button next to it to allow you to change it. Can I buy a one-off box?

The best way to guarantee you receive a box is to subscribe. Stock is strictly limited and we ship to subscribers before allocating any stock to sell as a single item. If we have any surplus stock this will be made available to purchase here

Can I buy So Beautifully Organised as a gift for someone else?

Yes, this is no problem at all. Simply use the ‘This is a gift’ option on the left-hand side of the checkout page when placing your order online.

My So Beautifully Organised box hasn’t arrived

If you haven’t received your box ten working days after dispatch then please contact us at sobeautifullyorganised@practicalpublishing.co.uk
