Store Credit for VIPs
We really appreciate the support our VIPs have given us, and we didn't want VIPs to lose out as a result of our closing down. So we have given you store credit for the unused membership remaining on your account as of 31st March, which you can use in the closing down sale. What's more, you’ll also get a 10% discount during the closing down sale period, on everything in the store with no exceptions. Below we explain how to check your Store Credit balance, how we've calculated it, and how to redeem it when checking out.
How do I see how much Store Credit I have?
Log in to your CraftStash account by clicking the account icon near the top right of the screen:
Select the Store Credit link from the Account navigation menu to see your Store Credit balance. (If you're on mobile, when you've selected the option you may need to scroll down to see the information).
How has my Store Credit been worked out?
We looked at expiration date of your membership and worked out how many days were remaining as of 31st March 2025. If you had combined multiple memberships on top of one another, this was taken into account so you wouldn't lose out. We then multiplied the number of days by the daily cost of VIP Membership at the original full price (whether you paid full price or benefitted from a discounted rate).
How do I use Store Credit when checking out?
If you've ever redeemed Reward Points, you'll find the process to redeem Store Credit is very similar. The option to use Store Credit appears on the Payment page of the checkout, after you've confirmed your delivery address details. The option is shown underneath the other payment options. Your current balance is shown and you just need to click the Use Store Credit button to make use of it.
After selecting to Use Store Credit, the available credit is taken off the total payable.
